Mes Amis!

We have two fantastic restaurant outings planned for our time in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence (both are short walks from our hotel):


For La Cuisine Des Anges, we need to submit our menu selections in advance. Chef Adrien Ricard, our incredibly sweet and talented host, is on his own in the kitchen and needs the time to get organized with shopping and cooking.

Can you please submit your selections in this spreadsheet by Thursday, Sept. 18:

Here are our options:

Starters 

  • Butternut squash soup, toasted pumpkin seeds, parmesan (V)
  • Hot saint marcellin cheese with thyme & croutons (V)
  • Cold eggplant flan, tomato & basil sauce (V)


Mains 

  • Ricotta & porcini raviolis, sautéed mushrooms, porcini cream, parmesan (V)
  • Roasted cod fillet, armoricaine sauce, safron risotto, seasonal vegetables 
  • Chicken supreme tagine, apricots & plums, couscous, carrots & courgettes, toasted almonds
  • Free range pulled pork, honey, garlic & rosemary jus, salted butter mashed potatoes


Desserts 

  • Vanilla creme brulée 
  • Panna cotta, raspberries puree & local fresh raspberries
  • Salt flakes chocolate fondant & caramel ice cream


The set menu with starter, main and dessert will be 42€/person. One of Adrien’s sommelier colleagues will be on the floor to advise us on local wines.

Just a reminder that Trek Travel is organizing our dinners for Day 1 (Oct. 12) and Day 4 (Oct. 15). And for L'Aile ou la Cuisse (Day 2), we will order from the menu when we get there.
